Yep , thats right. Max Henry Morrison, was born at 8:47am on Thursday 29th April, weighing 5lb 12oz and 47cm long, and Lacey Amelia Morrison was born at 8:49am weighing 6lb 11 ozs, and 50cm long. Our precious bundles were born via Ceasarean Section as Max was footling breech ( only to discover he actually wasn't but thats another story all together) and we are very lucky they were both in perfect health and happy little bubs.
I feel great, and am pleasantly surprised (as I was crapping myself) over the C-sect, but I was up less than 4 hrs later for a shower and got dressed properly and felt sooo much better. My recovery was quick and I was independent to shower and walk around from the next morning.
They are very good babies, and love to be right next to each other, as close as can be.
Max is a little version of his Dad and actually has a bit of an "old man" look about him, still super duper cute, and Lacey is the spitting image of her sister!! So adorable!
I have mastered the twin feeding, via football hold and it is so much easier and more time efficient for me!
Last night was our first night home, and I got 5 hrs sleep in a session, how amazing! Here's hoping tonights is the same.
Well here are a few pics, and one from our session this morning with the wonderful Nicole Jupp, have mentioned her before, she is amazing, check out her website
